Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

Products that are damaged due to being shipped without protective packaging
Products that have lost their resellable condition or economic value due to reasons not caused by the seller and therefore cannot be resold to another customer

Depending on the payment method used during purchase, the refund process is completed within 2–10 business days.
During the return process, your shopping cart is recalculated. For example, if free shipping was applied for orders over TRY 2,000 and the remaining order total falls below this amount after the return, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Additional conditions:
If a gift voucher was used during the purchase, it will be reassigned to the member account after the return.
For installment purchases, Hupalupa.store refunds the full amount to the bank at once. The bank then reflects the refund to your credit card in installments, corresponding to the original installment plan.
If returning part of an order causes campaign conditions to be invalidated, the benefit gained from the campaign will be deducted from the refund amount.
If returning part of an order causes the total order amount to fall below the free shipping threshold, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
If your order was placed through Trendyol, Hepsiburada, or Amazon marketplaces, the return and shipping policies of the respective marketplace will apply.
